Shipping & handling
Life Extension Europe is shipping your on-line order, by the safe Track & Trace service through UPS.
The Track and Trace information, will be e-mailed to you directly from UPS, as soon as you shipment is leaving our logistic warehouse in Glasgow.
We will always try to ship your order within 3-5 working days, depending on the weekday your online order is received.
If we are unable to ship your total order within this time, because a product is in back order, we will ship your order partial, and you will receive your backorder as soon as possible, at no extra charge.
All our shipping rates are fixed, no matter the size and the weight of your shipment.
Shipping Rate only € 9,95 to all land based EU member states.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you have provided, during the order process.
UPS will try to deliver to you by 3 attempts. Should you not be available during these 3 attempts, your package will be returned to our logistic center in Glasgow and UPS will charge us a fee for the return.
In case that you do not take contact to our customer service, we will refund the total amount to your account, excluding the total shipping expenses.

Return of goods

All prices shown in the online shop are current in Euro €
and they always includes VAT and duties, for customer in the EU member zone.
Orders shipped to Norway will be charged without VAT.
