Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, PEG-12 glyceryl distearate, Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, cetyl alcohol, progesterone, sorbitan stearate, PEG-40 stearate, glyceryl stearate, cyclomethicone, tocopherol, phenoxyethanol, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, hexylene glycol. Contains no parabens.

• Premenstrual and perimenopausal women: 6 pumps (¼ tsp.) twice daily starting on day 12 of the menstrual cycle continuing up to day 28.
• Menopausal women: 6 pumps (¼ tsp.) twice daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off.
• Apply to a different area every day.
• Discussion with your healthcare practitioner and blood testing for progesterone, estrogen and testosterone is suggested.
